In most leases the right to lay pipes is granted. However there is in many cases no right of way width.
Does anyone know of a pipeline being installed without the signing of an additional right of way agreement?

Yes I am referring to pipelines to transport the gas off the site and or foreign gas.
The leases are so vague that you could deduce that they have they an infinite right on your property.
I would be interested in knowing of any cases in which they did not obtain a pipeline easement.
Thanks for your reply.
I know that the Pipeline Easement Agreement that I am currently using has the width stated in the main section of the document. We also ask for an additional temporary width that is laid out. We use this information in figuring surface damages, I am curious as to how a company would figure surface damages without this information.
