Does anyone have any info on whether construction has started on the pipeline needed for the Allam well to start producing?

Permalink Reply by JREwing on August 22, 2013 at 6:12am The rumors we've heard are that the Allam to National Fuel Pump Station pipeline project has been scrubbed and that ROW is being acquired between the Allam well and the western Mercer county well sites instead, possibly the Pilgram or Yoder wells. Crews have been seeding and mulching the ROWs they cleared in Venango for weeks now. We were told that some sort of dispute or "misunderstanding" betwee HK and National Fuel Gas is to blame. Watch for the Lawsuit.
