I don't know for sure but if I had to bet I would put my money on the plant being built.  lots of rumors around beaver.  I don't know what is true or not but it sure sounds good!

I'm betting the green light is announced at the end of the current extension. Isn't this coming up in may or June?
Investors are prowling the area trying to buy up mineral rights. Think they know what's coming......? :-)
