     The advantage to your producer is that you can be held by production with no lateral near your parcel.

Your royalty will be the same except that you will be introduced earlier to the many ways your producer is using to short change your royalties.

That's what has happened to everyone in the Buck Well 1H pooled unit that I'm in.

I wouldn't have wanted to miss out on this heist by our producer for the world. I'm being stolen from but the oil and gas is still under my property. 

I get to legally bust Chesapeake's chops for my neighbors.
