Just talked to the neighbor of my hunting camp in Harrison Twp. who's lease is up in Dec. and he has a friend in Gaines that just signed for $2600.00 and Ac. with 20% royalty for a 5 year deal and he was just offered the same for his 50 Ac. is anyone else hearing of offers in this range or higher?

My lease on 78 Ac. is up in Feb. and I want to be proactive and not reactive as I was almost 3 years ago when I signed for $50.00 per acre, any information and help would be appreciated.
