Does anyone have any other updates since this news release? Any input on how this may accelerate Marcellus production in the area...particularly the Toby Twp. area in Clarion County?

Are there any major electric transmission lines running across Toby Twp., Clarion Co.? If not, then why build a natural gas power plant there?
