My husband and I are from out of town and are unsure of what's going on in Preston County.  We signed a lease over 4 years ago and Chesapeake continues to send us a yearly lease check for a $130.00.  Is anyone else still waiting for this windfall that the Landsman told us about.  They made us think we would be very wealthy and even came to our home 4 hours away to discuss the lease agreement and get our signatures.  We are still waiting to hear if there is even a dollar or two coming out.  We also heard that they finalized the Valley Point Collection site a while back.  Any words of wisdom would be appreciated.  thanks...
