Rally At Towanda court house protesting deductions costs

Does anyone know when the rally is going to be held for landowners at the towanda courthouse protesting high productions cost being deducted from our checks.  I see Stat is paying us almost as much as anadarko and Chespk  and stat has a much less interest than the other two in our wells only bc stat doesnt take out deductions, I will be there.

All I know is theyre trying to pass HB  (house bill) 1684 which states PA mineral rights have to be at least 12.5 per cent paid to the royalty owner and no less.  The law was passed in 1979 but the gas co. won the last battle saying the word royalty was not defined well enough making the gas companies the winners, but 12.5 is 12.5 and that is what we should be getting, the royalty act was made in 1979 to protect land owners so we would get at least 12.5 and no less.
