What is the advantage or disadvantage of a 1280 acre unit? Along with this is a horizonal and vertical (no shallow but Marcellus and Utica) Pugh Clause and a five year term that gives a two month window for the leased O/G company to match a new offer or to re-sign for the previous bonus for another five years. How do just these three items sound? I have more questions if I can get these answered!
