Wait them out. I got $2000 an acre 20% royalty in Butler county from REX Energy Gas and Oil.

Just got a check a month ago Sept 2010.They are moving the Drilling rig to Armstrong county.Home page is rexx.com.They are still buying in Butler County as far as i know.

Haven't had any offers since last Sept. That fell thru day after stock market crash. Well above what Sharons offer was. Won't sign another till it goes WAY up .Columbia County Pa

That is way to cheap. In Binghamton area of NY offers are coming in at 3,500 per acre & 20% royalty for a 7.5 yr lease. It will get better hang in there.
