I fail to see how what I've written can offend.

Can you honestly say the same ?

I don't think so - but so what.

Those Market Enhancement clauses / Post Production Charges / Severance Tax off loading rules being discussed along with the Forced Pooling / Forced Unitization rules here in Ohio are perfect poison to landowner rights of ownership.

We Ohio landowners have a battle on our hands if you ask me.

We'll see how it pans out.

All in my most humble opinion as a layman landowner.
