Rover Pipeline payments

What are the going rates for easement along with appurtenant facilities being paid by Rover?

Someone posted on GMS that they had been tendered an offer based on acreage rather than feet.  They had calculated it to be less than $10/foot.

That is exactly what they sent me....doesn't seem fair. Guess that shouldn't come as a surprise. might have to negotiate better terms. Project looks very intrusive. Thanks
