Royalties in Harrison Co.

 Royalty amounts started out at 692.00 per acre per month 4 months ago. Its down to 153.00 per acre per month.Thats 1/8 on 2 horizontals.

Marcus, Aren't most of the minerals that are sold are being bought up by other Country's.  China, Japan, Thailand.....  I read something about this but it has been a while ago.   Just wondering your thoughts ?  Thanks in advance for your reply.  Please, Refresh my memory.

It's a global economy, so the money is coming from everywhere.  Institutional investors, hedge funds, private equity, you name it.

Volume is down but it's very difficult to understand what they give you to say how much .

they probably choked them back? once infra is in place they will be able to open back up.  that is good news to us harrison cty landowners!
