The Well for the unit we are in is jointly owned by 4 companies. With each marketing their share of the gas.

Will the deductions (%) that they take, be the same across all 4 companies, or will they all deduct different amount/percentages??

Thanks for any help.

Lawler left Anadarko as VP of International & Deep Water Operations in June 2013 to join Chesapeake as CEO. Al Walker is CEO of Anadarko.

CHSPK STOLE HIM FROM ANADARKO!!!!!!!LOL!

Two different units, 2 wells on one, 6 on another. Court house tell you ownership percentage. Anadarko 33.75% Chesapeake 33.75% Mitusi 16.25 Stat 16.25.. BUT they don't sell it in that percentage. I keep every well production on excel has not been full 6 month periods to check it against the state production they report. One month Mitsui sold more MMF than chesapeake, so who knows. My concern is that at the end of the day if the Pa State report they report to is that if One well for example shows 1mmf than all companies added together should equal 1. AND if if doesn't which one is screwing you who the hell knows. Be simple if it was just one company like some people have. So I guess bottom line for now take the free gift. When we get some of the bills passed in the senate by Gene Yaw maybe we can force audit. Chk communication is next to nothing when you contact them..... THEY SUCK.... Other ones have been good to work with on other things. Someone needs to creat a Pa Gas Owners group specially for this purpose. A lot of money could be and prob is being lost.

Harvey, you speak wisdom. We do need exactly what you propose. Consider making it happen. I would be happy to join in that effort.

I agree with you dan they should be made to put proving meters in the area of the signage so as to let all unit members can stop by and read it. I don't even trust them to put a web site to see it over the internet. even though that is how they do it.   Cj

Cj, we need to hold our reps responsible for doing the right thing for their constituents. We don't wield the checkbook, but we can certainly wield a vote. Unified, that is a powerful weapon. To hold our reps to their words, we need to observe their actions and to let them know we are watching.

Slightly afield from this particular discussion, but still on dealing with holding our reps to their word, I  started a petition making the case for the environmental impacts as well. We now have 60+ signatures to it. On the offchance that you may not have seen it previously, or perhaps haven't added your own name yet, I'd invite you to please take a look.

I personally don't do facebook/twitter/linked in, so the exposure is pretty limited. And yet there are signatures from all over the world -amazing stuff. Not powerful enough yet to impress any politician, but with continued effort it will become so. Hopefully you'll find it acceptable enough to support it.

Thanks for checking it out.

Dan
