That has long since changed.

To seize land and undeveloped natural resources within, less 'fair market value' compensation, by invoking 'Eminent Domain', to me, is an abuse / over reach.

To seize 'valuable consideration' less 'fair market value' compensation, to me, is equally an abuse / over reach.

All as always only IMHO.

IMO, new Laws, Rules, Regulations, etc. written to provide / recognize a more economical procedure to harvest deep Natural Gas and / or Oil resources should not 'over reach' / 'trump' those in place to protect 'Rights of Private Ownership'.

Correct is just the exact opposite.

All as always JMHO.

The linked article from a publication named 'The 'Drill'N Man' says IS is looking to recruit and 'convert' engineers / oil field operations technical savvy people to manage their oil fields so they can keep selling their black market bargain basement production to fund their 'caliphate's' operations (including their 'jihadist' war efforts).

Why does 'The Drill'N Man' (and the author of the article) think it a good idea to assist in the IS advertising campaign ? ?

I see some have learned to Google and express factual opinions? So much effort!, should entail identifying these “politicians” so the entire story may be brought to light? Seems politicians are more so guilty, of breaking more laws than just violating eminent domain, than Trump. A sincere, knowledgeable and noble effort would report this horrendous activity to the proper authorities, not GoMarcellus.com. Provided you have PROOF not hearsay and unsupported, opinions? 'Cause we all have one of those. (;)

To stand by and watch a crime committed ,with out reporting it, is in itself a crime. See Carp 11/25/2015 06:36 pm. If you know for a fact!, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT; besides throwing stones. :)

Our country is made from sweat, tears and blood of many RADICALS. Loose Cannons impressing our will and intentions upon many. Inflicting our will and intentions on some. With out our Loose Cannons we will all be riding scooters. :) If Trump is a Loose Cannon, he be a Victory Cannon, of which we desperately need NOW! To stand in the way, create smoke, throw stones, cry because it is raining, Boo Hoo, could be viewed by some as unpatriotic and unnecessary?

And yes part of my land was forcefully unitized.

It looks like an oil war - our oil war.

It looks like a crusade - their crusade.

Keep it offshore - I don't think we should let them bring any more of it here.

We need to do whatever it takes to keep it somewhere else.

Don't know if Trump's the one to see it through - personally I don't think he's the man for the job.

If he doesn't win the nomination I would like to see him endorse the Republican who does (so the vote isn't split / 'spoiled' as a continuation of policy in place now (by another so-called Democrat) I think would be the worst).

Rubio / Fiorina / Christie in any combination to me would be the better choice - they're saying pretty much the same thing as Trump is saying anyway.

Thinking we're headed for a big showdown in the M. E. in the not too distant future no matter whichever Republican gets elected.

I don't think we need more socialism than we have already - for that reason I think the Democrats have to go.

P.S.: Not a great believer in / advocate of 'Flower Power' myself.

Fact, The quote about Eminent Domain is his. Look up Vera Coking. She is the one Trump wanted the govt to steal her land so he could build a limo park. Lawsuit in NJ and his quotes after Kelo v New london

Fact, Trump is a lifelong democrat who has given across the board, though more to the D side specifically the Clintons.

Fact, It is Trump who is lying about a award from the Corps. His quote.

Fact it is Trump used his own words, refusing to take responsibility for Trump LCC going bankrupt. Thats hardly leadership material.

Fact, trump was all for the assault weapons and anti gun for the general population (not him), before he decided to run for pres.

Opinion. We have just gotten through 8 years of a narcissistic know it all. Once in my lifetime has been enough.

Based on what I've seen and heard in the debates, right now, any combination of those three would work for me and I think would have the best chance to win.

BTW, I keep my woman enchanted thank you for your concern.

And also BTW, you can still sniff all of my share of the flowers and thank you once again for your concern.

I guess your reference to the POPPY flower is in regards to the Opium cash crop that is cultivated in that part of the world (the M. E.) ? ?

Another reason to deal with it to me.

Have to send the right people to get the job done however.

But, do you think we can kill our way out of this mess ?

I've got my doubts about that personally.

Good luck to all of us, we need it still, as it seems to me.

Thank you for the addition to your reply Joseph. I knew you would see the light eventually. Yes you guess right about the cash crop. We can also add the strategic world position just for fun. Why should we risk world ridicule if we can get Russia to do the dirty work.  If Mr. Trump initiated this as some accusations, he has done our country a great service already.

It seems a lot of Mr. Trumps land deals occur in New Jersey. Is this not Mr. Christie's state of governorship?

if 1 + 1 = 2, one might think the accused corruption of Mr. Trump may have benefits for Mr. Christie also?

I am not concerned Mr. Joseph. Merely seeking the truth :) Keeping your woman enchanted is more than I need or want to hear :)

If I am not mistaken, Mr. Obama carried the state of Ohio in both elections :(  Your opinion concerning socialism seem to be in the minority, in the great state of Ohio any ways :)  You are not spreading the Republican message to good.

Guess I'm what's called a 'Swing Voting Independent'.

In my mind / from my perspective anyway, it amounts to being as much of an 'Independent' as I can be these days.

Can't call myself an 'Outright Independent' however, since that usually turns out to be the 'Spoiler Party'.

Like I keep saying 'Good Luck To All Of Us' as I think we really need it.
