Seismic testing Monroe County Ohio

Received a letter today wanting me to sign a permit for a company called Dawson to do 3D seismic testing.  I don't have a problem with them testing but can't see signing this permit.  1. it has no end date  2, It says I accept $10 an acre and no matter what they tear up that is all I get.  Anyone else getting these?

Send them a counterproposal with what you expect.  It worked for me.

I went thro this years ago. I will say Dawson did a great job with minimal foot print on my property besides when small 6 foot square i couldn't brush hog due to charges they placed.
