"I went thro this years ago. I will say Dawson did a great job with minimal foot print on my property besides when small 6 foot square i couldn't brush hog due to charges they placed. "

Where is there land located? Seeing the lease won't help much Sam. They are offering 4250/20% like they did us but I'm not sure of the other parts of the lease. The Garrison lease will most likely be for big blocks of contiguous acres.
