They have a little over 400 acres in Salem and Green twp.  They also have several unleased neighbors that will sign and bring them up over 640 acres.  The questions I have are in the details not bonus and royalty.  1280 acre pooling, lease covering from top of ground to center of the earth, sitting in their office and thinking about drilling is the same as drilling for extending the lease past 5 years, no mention of size of well pad or any compensation for putting a pad on your property.  I expect the lease they are offering is different from the one signed by the riverfront group but if I can find a copy I will have a better idea of things we may be able to get them to move on.  As the lease is written we will not be signing with them but would love to come to terms over a lease.
