  Thats ok, I'd much rather see our neighbors with a landowner group than these flippers or stuck with the standard oil co lease! wasn't ready to post  the list Y E T,

its public record at the recordrs office, I'd like other people to do their own checking and get involved more, You can get or post may do in a day or so if I don't feel they are releasing ALL of the people! Rumor is they are going to release the ones signed in Clarington! IE most Fiiends & neighbors but not the ones signed the changed lease after 1st dat of signing & those signed in Woodsfield! Good Luck!

Frank with all due respect you don't want to be friends with the Cobra, I am not here to influence friends, lease property or have people lease with me, I had a close family member that was ripped off by these flippers & landmen and it negatively impacted their health. my only intent on GMS is to point out these flippers and dishonest landmen & try to warn people that they should join a land group or hire their own Attorney or they will be screwed over by same.
