"There are several big buyers active in the county now. If you check the latest deeds being recorded, you'll find that Seneca is one of them. Nobody knows what acreage in their core areas is really worth better than they do!"

Of course, they renewed the lease in 2011, but I have had no other communication from them or any activity on my land as of yet. I know 2 permits have been issued in the Liberty area,but I'm not sure what that means in relation to my situation.
