Just curious.....please post any info u may have and what area you are in....

     I got an offer to buy my rights a few months ago , for 1500 to 1800 per acre, even tho my immediate area in Liberty township hasn't been drilled or seeing any activity that I am aware of...they said if I was serious about selling they would do a "more in-depth" look and that might change the numbers slightly...talked to a landsman rite b4 I called them and he advised caution as there would be "significant activity" in my area "in the near future"... Well, folks, what's going on in YOUR area  ????
