Jeremy The production numbers are only hear say and the person that went to prision is of public record my point is to do reserch on who is leassing your property it is as important if not more than the sign up money. I can not give names however he served 4 years.He did the crime and he served the time lets just hope he learned a lesson.

The price will go up if there are good wells drilled in your area that is the going rate now it will change good wells drive the price up bad wells could make the price go to 0. Thanks Mike

Jeremy I have been in the oil and gas business for over 25 years I also ran for Guernsey County commissioner because I care about our county and the people who live here. I know the business a good deal from a bad deal I know what you need to protect your property and what the oil and gas company needs to drill a Utica well.
