Thanks for listening Mike, We have 130 acres just 3/4 mile from the Ringer site. We are leased to Col.Gas storage,Danny an Carol confirmed what I suspected that Chesapeake is using Col. lease. Also 5-6 yrs ago Artex out of Marrietta leased us for the Rose Run. I told them we were already leased,but the said no problem. So I have taken ther $10. per acre since then. I have sent e-mails an ph.clls asking about if they maybe sold our lease. [no responce].  Chesapeak has surveyed our corners,the surveyors an water sample people say that there is to be in our bottom. I don't understand how these leases work they look the same to me,no mention of layers,or depths. I guess I need to have a lawyer look. Is ther any with exp. in the Cambridge area.?Thanks, Richard. Bichard.Ps. Do know how to find how many acres Chesapeake is putting in their well tracts?Thanks again

U seem to understand alot about this shale play!  Do u think it will happen in muskingum? I own about 500 acres in muskingum! Any info u have about that county would be greatly appreciated
