Selling/ leasing Mineral Rights

I am in North East PA. Actually a town name! Erie County on the New York side. We were told years ago about the potential for Natural Gas in the area. If anyone knows about pricing for rights, or if it is good or bad to sell right now, I'd be interested in your input. thanks
