"Shell Oil has tentatively chosen to put a new multi-billion dollar petrochemical plant in Pennsylvania to take advantage of an abundance of natural gas from the Marcellus shale. Both Ohio and West Virginia had tried hard to woo the company.

Shell said it has signed an option on land in Potter and Center Townships in Beaver County about 35 miles northwest of Pittsburgh. It said the site offers good access to transportation by water, rail and road as well as access to natural gas and gas liquids that the petrochemical complex would use both as a power source and feedstock."....

Sorry, I have no idea of either.

This is big...really big!  The key word here is PETROCHEMICAL.  So much of our lives are dependent on the compounds produce from petroleum and natural gas ligiuds.  Plastics, medicines, clothing, adhesives, the list goes on and on.  Oil is getting too expensive so if a major chemical company could find another source of raw materials that is right here AND cheap, can you imagine how huge that would be for the entire US and the world.  Well, we've got it...right here!  Utica/Marcellus gas!  This is big...really big!

We can now regain our position as the #1 energy Country in the world.  We can now stop exporting our wealth to other countries.  We can once again enter into an age of prosperity.

I'll say it one more time.  This is big...really big!
