Signing bonus

For those of you that received or are expecting signing bonuses, did the company you leased with send you a letter telling you when to expect payment or did it just show up?

    That's covered in the "Lease Term" paragraph. One of the terms on mine said storage would extend the Lease. So I got a no storage rights addendum. Also got them to strike disposal and injection wells.

Has anyone heard what the average signing bonus is or was in eastern ky or even western wv?

Your bonus check was in regular mail? Wow first time I heard that. How long did it take after you signed to get it? Who did you lease with?

We signed with Gulfport.  Were told we would receive bonus check in 120 days but it arrived in about 70 days.
