stat oil monroe county, ohio

We were told the other day that they will not be sending out royalty checks for june productions on the dangel pad. The stat employee told my mom that since the deductions are so high and that these 7 wells are expensive to produce, that they will not be sending any checks for the marcellus shale. Yes I said that correctly!!!!!! Oh but hold on when we come back to drill into the utica shale we can then send royalties for that. We also told that it cost 2x the amount to process dry gas and again I said dry gas. Even though we have a free of cost for the oil production it's not the right kind of oil. They do show oil production for the dangel unit and june production was at 90% I can't believe it.

if they produced oil there is no post production cost for that .........you should receive oil royalties on those wells ...........it goes in the tank and the oil buyers truck comes and picks it up    sounds like they are stealing from your wells

Like all the landmen said," its all in the royalty this signing bonus is just gravy". Guess maybe sometimes they might have stretched the truth just a tad.
