Hi all....
anyone have a good suggestion on attorneys who represents mineral rights owners in S/W PA? I have a 1/4 interest in mineral ownership and am California attorney who.... just felt something "did not smell right" as it related to proposed lease terms. Because 2 of the 4 of us never signed a lease extension, proposed in 2009, I believe there is no valid lease (as do all family members). However, the "landman" just assigned the invalid lease to Burnett who apparently is the process of pooling our property.
I have become "somewhat" educated on the PA issues, but really need some local representation. Any ideas???? My family is willing to go to the mat on this

I used my current attorney for ROW's and current lease. For something like this I would call Mr. Clark. I May be using Him soon myself, for amendments to my lease. I won't feel comfortable using my current Lawyer for the detail I'm going to want.
Where in CA are you. I'm North of Sacramento until it warms up in PA.
