Surety bonds to make sure they pay

I have an idea for all this lease signing and no payments given after their given time to pay , make the oil and gas company you intend to sign with put up a surety bond in place payable to all land owners with clear titles just in case they try to back out. We construction companies have to do it all the time before we start jobs for the state or goverment. This way your sure your not going to be let down!

Good. Luck with that one I tried to lease for one dollar a few years ago with a drilling schedule with fees paid to me if progress wasn't meet in a timely manner kinda like a contract where if you don't meet certain deadlines they start deducting money due you for everyday of overrun. Guess what no way no how could I get anyone to even discuss the ideal.
