I own a 5.7 acre and a 3 acre parcel of vacant land in Ararat Twp and was interested to know if there is any current activity in this area in either leasing or drilling? I was contacted last August by Southwestern with an offer and they pulled their offer a couple months later befor I accepted. I dont know if that was a good or bad thing for me given the timing in the gas market. I would appreciate any info or comments that someone with experiences in this area would have since I live in southeastern PA and am not privy to all the local news in the Susquehanna area. All comment or advice will be appreciated.
