I surely hope you are right, but I'm more inclined to believe this article was put out there by Oil futures traders who are shorting the oil stocks, hoping this news will coax people into buying oil futures ,sparking an uptick,then more will get on the boat, only to see it drop again, and they lose all their $$$. And guess who gets rich?
