Just wondering does anyone know the "average" time frame between the end of seismic testing, and the possibility of the actual constructions of the pad, the well, etc.?

Last year there was a lot of seismic activity here in Mahoning county and there has been no drilling done as of yet. It has much more to do with capital allocation than anything else.
Halcon spent a lot of money on seismic in SW Trumbull and NW Mahoning last year. From what I read the drilling program will be very limited. As Marcus stated; use of seismic data many times is connected to capital available to the company.
Seismic data does not go stale so there is no rush to use it. The answer to your questions is that there is no definitive answer.

I am in Carroll Co. and it has been a little over a year since the testing. They applied for and got the drilling permit Dec. 26 and who knows when they will drill my well but I think it will be this spring. Hope this helped a little.
