Interesting, Seneca Resources has done well there with Utica Wells, claim that there are two zones, upper and lower.  In a recent conference call, the claim was that this is pretty much a localized situation, will be interesting to see if they are also going after the same zones.  Also, CX?  Not CNX?

The CX lease is a Seneca lease and Seneca pays the land owner plus the 8% commission to CX. The Expand lease so far is not a Seneca lease.
