I am trying to decide on whether to sell my royalties or to hang on to them for future income.  I have heard that Harrison County has one or two very productive wells, producing something like 10% of the output for the entire state of OH.  If this is true then I expect royalties could be substantial.  Does anyone know how well Harrison County is doing, and when royalties may be coming.

Is there a way to calculate what royalties could be?  What is the average well output?
