There seems to be alot of top leaseing or lease extensions going on in ne pa .
seems to me the industry bit off more than they could chew..

Permalink Reply by craig on January 8, 2012 at 4:36am I would guess that the companies are pulling some of their rigs out of NE Pa where the gas is dry(less profitable at todays prices) and moving them to the 'wet' gas play in Western Pa/Eastern Ohio which will be more profitable. Can you post what kind of $$'s the top leases/extensions are fetching there?
