Me and my neighbors have approximately 125 acreas that sits well above the muskingum river  here in south east ohio. The properties are rather  mountainious with rolling hills.Does it make it less appealling. The properties have good access but i would imagine would be costly to reach oil or gas.

A couple D9s working and they can put a well pad anywhere....I don't think it has much impact.

If it is decided that that location is best for the pad....they'll make it happen.

yep, nothing like a couple bullamadozers to move america ahead. i read somewhere that in the marcellus they want the well on a hill. it acutally keeps you up out of the mud in a low spot.
