Thinking back to an acquaintance's comment about a year ago...we mentioned we're landowners in Tusc. Co and his reply was, "Wow.  You realize that's considered ground zero in our world, right?"

This guy is legitimately on the inside, a key part of infrastructure going into the region--a contractor to all the major players.  Given the lukewarm activity in Tusc Co...wondering what he meant.  Could they already know what's under the ground (thanks to mid sized drillers and lots of HBP land) and they're just awaiting infrastructure then things will go gangbusters?

Based on many maps, it seems there's huge potential here.  Just wondering what our "expert" opinions might be...any opinions appreciated.
