Would the forum members please comment on Unit Consolidation. Does one well hold an entire Unit which has consolidated various OGML's for an as long as production occurs? Do the Consolidation of Units ever get dissolved? / Changed?, etc.
Does the state of Ohio have any imput, rules, regulations, etc. into Unitization matters?

Answer- As much property as has been declared in a production unit.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'consolidated various OGML's". But your lease most likely says something like "Oil and Gas and any and all related hydrocarbons" and "produced in marketable quantities".
So Yes, one well could hold an entire unit, technically even if there is no production. That's what is called HBP , Held By Production.
