My original post is long gone so this is an update for anyone who remembers it.  I promised to let you all know... I finally was able to sign a good lease today with chpke.  Basically the same one I was supposed to sign in Feb. with a few changes but I am ok with it.  It was a very long wait... not sure why they decided to sign me at this point.  Maybe some of you who are "in the business" have an idea.  Three long months but now I can sit back and hope for some royalties.  Best of luck to anyone still trying.
