has anyone had any dealings with Vantage in greene county? They are buying out Chesapeake's contracts and I'm wondering what's going on. Does anyone have a contact number for them?

that'd be very high for Chevron - 1850 and 15% is avg. But get atty and work with them.
NOT FOR GREENE COUNTY, MAYBE FAYETTE.
IN GREENE THE GOING LEASE BONUS IS $3500 AND 18%.
Rumors are prices are still high all across Greene County.
Lets really keep each other informed because there are a lot of us out here with leases expiring.
Thanks,
Dominion is known for shallow wells, I honestly do not know of any Marcellus Wells they have drilled. And with Dominion holding so many acres, its to their benefit to work with Antero or whoever, the mineral owners will be in a 12.5% royalty from original lease - unlesssssss, in the original lease there is a depth exception. Then deep rights might be open on those lands. With that mineral owner can lease those. Now the exception is the storage fields in Greene, everyone says a lawsuit is coming. But that will be fought between the drillers and lawyers - class action - and the mineral owners will not win in that one - with the lawyers getting all the fees. But I do know for a fact were landowners who don't own minerals have been leased - crappy title work - or even mineral owners have been leased in Greene and they were HBP etc..... and all paid. so many situations -
