Venango County Landowners are receiving post cards from CX/MP to attend upcoming meetings. Does anyone have a meeting schedule?

Does anyone have a schedule of upcoming meetings? CX/MP forgot to mention in their mailing that they are being sued. I would like to attend and let everyone know.

Maybe someone should contact the Rockland Fire Hall as well as the Elks Lodge and give them some background info....

Really, there needs to be a filing of an injunction on all these types of propaganda meetings.  Let's help our fellow landowners.

Ok, they will tell the group that they are not giving legal advice, so they can lie to everyone without fear of repercussion?  Sort of like, if I say to you, "I am not a weatherman, you can't rely on my weather forecast, then I tell you, 'it is going to rain"  Then you can't sue me if it is a sunny day....

Landowners who attend these meetings should ask CX point blank:

 

"Why is CX being sued?"

Very good points....I hope someone is able to attend to ask some questions and then report back to this link.  I would be very curious to see what kind of "spin" is puked up in response to your legitimate concerns.  Mark likely hit the nail on the head with what the folks at the meeting may very well expect to hear only to be followed by, "we have so much acreage in our hat that if you don't sign you'll be left out in the cold....help me help you".

If I am not mistaken it was posted that there was a meeting in Smethport last night at the Smethport Country Club....did anyone go?  If so, were any questions asked about the CX marketing agreement?  Any other hard hitting pertinent questions? 

Go to CX Energy website. You can find it with google. If you do not have an ID showing that you are from Venango County, I am not sure you will be admitted to the meeting for Venango County. You can call them at 724-933-1311! I believe you can get more definitive anwers to your questions if you do so!

we here in columbus pa have been aproached by a co called rapid real estate solutions they want 10% of 2500 per acre and 50% over 2700 per acre plus all royaltys over 15% what do ya think crooks or for real

Big time crooks! Get the word out! Call your newspaper! Identify every person you can who is a principal of Rapid Real Estate Solutions orwho anyone  is affiliated with "Rapid Real Estate Solutions"!! Very important that you get some media coverage on these shysters and the sooner the better. They will probably concentrate on victimizing the old, and the uneducated. This outfit makes M&P/CX look like choirboys. That is a difficult task but "Rapid Real Estate Solutions has managed to do exactly that!!

thanks folks the bad thing is some have signed and their trying to get more ill post the next meeting to see if we can get some help here with these people. Even when i questioned their fees i was slamed and called alot of nasty names.

This is why we need a spokesperson and a united landowners assn.  The media will talk with us if we are organized.  If we do not unite, as shown these wanton landgroups will have their way with us.  People, I'm telling you we need Mark McGrail or anyone else who is qualified to represent basic landowners.
