I just got five dollars a foot for 1 year. I refused to go any longer. They wanted five dollars for five years. Hope this helps.

I got $3 per foot for 6 months. If the line is there over 6 months, I get paid again. Harrison county Oh.

Do they pick up the line between frac jobs?  we are told they only pay while the line is down, and it would be picked up and put down again.  our concern is lines being layed across hay fields, and lots of traffic in and out to put it down and pick it up over 3 yrs.  They could do a lot of damage to hay fields, etc, plus the pipe will be in the way for haymaking.

Den, make them put them out of your way and make sure that the deal is per line. If your hayfield will be damaged that's more money? I would start at $8.00 per foot per line. Remember everything needs to be in writing and get a good attorney
