I have pulled from the ODNR 3 different Vertical Rose Run wells in Ohio. They never recorded the Utica Shale in this data but correct me if I am wrong but it looks like the Queenston is pretty thick. The one well was a dang good oil producer and am I reading it right that the one well was 100 MCF = 100,000 CF of gas?

No, the one well did 100,000 MCF, which is great. The third well is actually producing from the Beekmantown, though. Yes, they logged everything to the Queenston then left the card blank until the Trenton. The Utica/Point Pleasant is somewhere in there.
