well designation and royalties with Rice energy

We signed in Nov of 2013 with the Smith Goshen group with Rice Energy.How do you know what well is designated to you and when royalties will start. I asked Rice, they did not know.

They don't know? That's like asking the bank how much is in your savings account, and the bank not knowing.
