Wells in Mansfield Pa

Does anyone know if Shell Oil is putting any wells in Mansfield, Pa?

Do you mean downtown?  Or do you mean on the MU campus?  Or do you just mean somewhere within the "city limits"?

down around route 15 and route 6 by the VFW.
