Westhawk Mineral, LLC

Anyone ever heard of Westhawk Mineral, LLC?  Received a letter in yesterday's mail saying that they'd pay us $3000/acre for our mineral rights.  Is this company legit?  Information is greatly appreciated.

It's not "giving it away" it is selling it. I would think that most business people would agree that all tangible assets have certain value and as such a certain price. I believe everything is for sale at the right price
