Permalink Reply by z on August 20, 2012 at 4:59pm Sam, Its the mark hudson farm on sr 26 just north of town. Is everyone in that area aware that xto plans to drill on leases it acquired from beck energy ? and that the common pleas court has declared beck leases void ? see the file hupp v. beck

Permalink Reply by z on August 20, 2012 at 5:06pm Hudson farm just north on 26 by the pink panther barn. Are you all aware that xto is going to drill on beck leases that have been declared void by the courts? anyone leased to beck needs to read the case hupp v beck. if uou have a beck lease and no well your lease may be void. If you have a well you may get acreage freed up.
I believe it's the "Changdow #13H"
