DOES ANYONE KNOW THE NAME OF THE NEW WELL THEY ARE GETTING READY TO DRILL ON RT26 IN MONROE COUNTY?.

Gary Green is not on 26 and they are getting ready to drill there.  They just pulled a permit but have not even started a pad.

It is on 26 past the airport on your way to Ozark.  It is in the field accrossed from the barn with the pink panther painted on it.  Paul

 Sam, Its the mark hudson farm on sr 26 just north of town. Is everyone in that area aware that xto plans to drill on leases it acquired from beck energy ? and that the common pleas court has declared beck leases void ? see the file hupp v. beck

I expect this will be tied up in appeals for years.  It will be interesting to see if these properties will be drilled before this case is put to rest.

Hudson farm just north on 26 by the pink panther barn. Are you all aware that xto is going to drill on beck leases that have been declared void by the courts? anyone leased to beck needs to read the case hupp v beck. if uou have a beck lease and no well your lease may be void. If you have a well you may get acreage freed up.
