wishgard , leasing lots in town

Wishgard is leasing lots here in Quaker City, Sounded crazy to me I guess they have quite a few so far, Just dont understand how or why, For sure they wont get everyone , i suppose its if they would drill close by they could go under town .  I was thinking about leasing my lots. I just cant see where it would ever be a problem or a m i wrong, sounds like free money to me, unless theres a catch that i havent thought of.

What are they offering and where is Quaker City?

Quaker City is in guernsey co. Ohio. Wishgard was offering $3000 & 16.5%, but that a month ago, hehe.

So what are they paying for a town lot (parcel)?

last i talked to them was 3000.00 an acre dont know about the royalties, i guess they go by the size of your lot an figure the size and pay you accordingly
