Wyoming County Nicholson TWP Lease

How is this township for future gas lease opportunities?  I heard they came through offering 5k per acre but no company seems interested in coming back.  It looks as if this township is sitting on the thickest shale our there or close to it.

Any insight or info is helpful.  I am in the process of buying land
