that's good ron now u can release ur minerals by formation ....upper devonia, Marcellus,Utica, Trenton black river,and possible Rogersville shale......by the way who told you they are not renewing leases

Someone from XTO headquarters is Texas ,  I was told that XTO was not allowed to do any new drilling in WV for 10 years, but that they could maintain there existing operations.  I do not know if this is true or not.

why would they not be allowed to drill for 10 years.....if so why wouldn't they attempt to sell their leases to another driller and hold a percentage

If XTO is not allowed to drill Exonmobile will just create another company transfer the leases to it and drill on

I have searched high and low and have found n reports of any kind of a court judgement saying that xto is band from drilling for 10 years in west Virginia ...........I would think that some news agency would have reported on this matter
