The village of Barnesville signed a lease agreement that will help it pull in a jaw-dropping 5.5 million dollars.

The giant XTO is still leasing in eastern Belmont. That’s news. The $$ seem to be unchanged from a year ago, no mention of % royalties.
It would be great to better understand XTO's activities and intentions for the area.
