I assume it is the resevoir sw of town.    No mention anywhere of the huge fee Utica Landowners LLC is  going to collect  for doing what ???  Be careful

I wonder if this will help the landowners in that area that are having problems leasing because of longwall coal mining issues?

I know it doesn't include my township which is heavily affected by the mine.

The giant XTO is still leasing in eastern Belmont. That’s news. The $$ seem to be unchanged from a year ago, no mention of % royalties.

It would be great to better understand XTO's activities and intentions for the area.
